The State Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, left Uyo, the state capital,

The PDP agent at the unit, Mr Solomon Ekpe, said that he had called

Chairman of AKISIEC, Mr Aniedi Ikoiwak, could not be reached
for reasons for the observed lapses in the exercise as calls to his
