While Faure Gnassingbe of Togo instructed his ambassador to vote a "yes" in favor of the United States' resolve to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

IPOB challenge FG’s proscription order in African Commission

14 DEC 2017 — The proscribe Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, have taken Nigeria to African Commission for Human and Peoples’ Rights in Banjul, the Gambian capital, to challenge its proscription.

In a suit filed on December 5 and made available to newsmen, IPOB’S attorney, Mr Alloy Ejimako of Adulbert Services, on behalf of the victims/complainants, legal representative, respectfully urged the Commission among other reliefs to invoke its powers under Rule 111 of its Rules of Procedure and adopt provisional measures.

Calling it "a step to advance the peace process" with Palestinians, President Donald Trump has officially recognised Jerusalem as Israel's capital - an announcement that is expected to spark unrest across the Middle East.  

Mr Trump also instructed his State Department to begin the years-long process of moving the American embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy city, even as world leaders condemn the relocation and change in Jerusalem's diplomatic status. 

Speaking in the Diplomatic Reception Room of the White House, Mr Trump said the recognition of Jerusalem as Irael's capital was was "nothing more, or less, than a recognition of reality. " He noted that almost all of Israel’s government agencies and parliament are in Jerusalem, rather than Tel Aviv, where the US and other countries maintain embassies.

A fierce and unapologetically beautiful group of mothers gathered together to celebrate the natural act of breastfeeding. In the photo shoot, the nine moms pose topless as they feed their babies, wearing black dresses and gold accessories and crowns.

The Alabama moms originally got together after one of the moms, Angel Warren, posted a Facebook open call for breastfeeding moms willing to participate in a PSA photo shoot during Black Breastfeeding Week.
