Alphonsus Uche Okafor-Mefor
The supreme leader of Indigenous People of Biafra,Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is free to visit ( if necessary) any part of the zoo called Nigeria,Lagos,Abuja and the entire North the same way everybody forced to be in the abominable entity does which is within their right to freedom of movement and association.
So far, all those who are talking on Nnamdi Kanu going to those areas (apart from friends and IPOB family members) are inconsequential. Nnamdi Kanu would consider to make such trips "essential" if there is a threat from those in positions of authority (those we consider to be of considerable influence) from those areas.
Not Jeo Igbokwe ,who by all standards fall short of being considered to be in the league of those that our leader will even think of having intelligible discourse with. Jeo Igbokwe is an attention-seeker who desperately wants an upgrade in his profile and we shall not give him that popularity on the cheap, let him work for it just like our supreme leader did.Jeo Igbokwe remains a political gangster who is being compensated for his gangsterism against and more importantly for his unfortunate exploitation of his own people.
So, far those who are supposed to talk understand what the issues are (that Nnamdi Kanu has every right to visit his people and anyone of his choice in exercise of his freedom of movement and of association). They understand that it will be suicidal for anyone of them to issue the kind of statement by the Hausa-Fulani slave in Ebonyi government House.
The moment such threats come from those areas , the more likely we consider it a challenge and the more likely it would be considered a "necessity" to make such trips a cardinal objective and nothing will happen and any attempt to the contrary , the contraption called Nigeria would be brought to its knees. Let anyone not try to be stupid enough to issue such threat!
